On June 1st, I said goodbye to my beloved Grandmom. Here is a tribute I wrote for her:

My Grandmom was the best. Growing up, she would make whatever cake I wanted for my birthday, seemed to have an endless supply of "Chuckles" gummy candy and always let me drink soda from the can at her house. I can't see an episode of Wheel of Fortune or Golden Girls without thinking of her and I loved the way she would stand at her door and shout "Toodle-loo" as we drove away from her house. But above all, she loved her Grandchildren with all her heart and always made it evident that she thought we hung the moon! I will forever cherish the memories of my times spent with her.
