We decided to go on a much needed, week-long beach vacation this year. We knew we wanted to go somewhere in Florida that we could drive to and bring Nellie and after much hemming and hawing, we finally decided on Anna Maria Island.
And boy, did we make the right decision!
We arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday in May. We were only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, so we made sure to take a quick stroll in the sand right away!
It was really gorgeous.
Eden really showed no fear of the little waves. She loved playing in them!
